I am born and raised in Queens, N.Y., as the son of first-generation immigrant parents who taught me to work hard and take pride in what I do in all walks of life.
Twenty-one years ago, I had the opportunity to mentor under a successful industry professional. Over the next eight years, I specialized in commercial construction, focusing on building fitness centers throughout the tristate area. During this time, I honed my skills in field and project management, built lasting relationships, and strengthened my work ethic.
In 2014, I transitioned into the restoration industry, where I have since grown into a respected professional.
Heritage Properties NYC specializes in renovations of all sizes, from large-scale projects to smaller home updates. Our primary focus is on delivering high-quality home renovations, with a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and customer service. While our expertise lies in renovations, we also have experience handling insurance-related construction when needed. With over a decade of experience working with insurance carriers, we understand their guidelines and can assist with claims if necessary. Our team ensures seamless project execution from start to finish, working closely with clients to deliver outstanding results with meticulous attention to detail.
With strong relationships across a vast network of skilled subcontractors and preferred vendors, we have the capability to take on projects of any scale.
